David Carl Williams His experience in interpreting and translating began from his extensive involvement with the Vietnamese culture from an early age. Raised by a Vietnamese family from a young age, he learned the language and culture by growing-up in the local Vietnamese community and through his continual studies. In 1990 he successfully passed the Washington State Court Certification Exam for interpreters, and is one of the nine fully certified Vietnamese interpreters in the Washington State . He is also certified in Nevada State . His experiences give him the awareness and cultural sensitivity necessary with respect to all parties, for whom he is in contact.
